举世瞩目的中国国家主席习近平与日本首相安倍晋三(Shinzo Abe)的会晤终于发生了。
英国《每日电讯报》11月10日发表记者马尔科姆‧摩尔从北京发出的报道，大标题是：“全世界最尴尬的首脑握手，习近平与安倍晋三会晤”；副标题是：“中国和日本关系的冰冷在习近平和安倍晋三首次会晤时显得清清楚楚。”
“在日本首相最终走上前去跟他打招呼时，习近平对他来了个不理不睬，没有只言片语的回应，而是半着面孔面向记者照相机，而安倍也没能摆出笑容，面色显得很疲惫。”

A gracious Ms Peng accepted the offer, but removed the shawl only seconds later, replacing it with her own black jacket. It was a fleeting moment but captured on live television.
