温哥华图书馆从24 Oct 2012开始发放 Vancouver Inspiration Pass (VIP卡)。
每两周发120张，需要提前去各分区图书馆预订。申领条件是温市14岁以上居民，有图书馆卡。
用这张卡，你就可以在两周的时间里免费畅游温哥华的著名景点，比如温哥华水族馆、Science World科学馆、温哥华艺术馆等等。

A total of 120 passes will be available for borrowing every two weeks: 20 passes will be at the library's central branch on West Georgia and five at each VPL branch. Library cardholders can reserve passes now and the program starts Nov 1.
